Guys and Gucci
I remember when I used to read the book, "I kissed dating goodbye" by Joshua Harris.
It opened up my eyes to see what is it like keeping oneself pure & holy for one's future partner and totally changed my entire perspection on dating.
however, things started to change a few months later...
"poof"! suddenly guys started to appeal to me and I'll be like, " whoa. that guy has small eyes!" just try coming to Temasek Poly for a day and you'll know what I'm talking. laughs. to make matters worst, my church also had its own fair share of guys whom were equally distracting!!!
until I came to a point where I couldn't take it anymore and I asked God for help. thank God He came to my rescue ( like He always did).
after that, I decided to re-read the book to refresh myself and set my priorities right once again.
so, whenever a guy catches my attention, these two thoughts will be in my head,
1. am I considering his feelings when I display my affections?
2. do I want to distract him from his walk with God?
I believe that God wants and has the best for me, so I'm settling for only the best and not 2nd best. so, until he comes along, I'll wait...

p.p.s oh and regarding "I've kissed dating goodbye", that'll be a big YES from me. not that I've dated before. hahas.
